By creating an account or using MyStyle (mystyleweb.com) (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Mathias Rading (“we”, “us”), Denmark.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use account-based features. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including its design, software, backend systems, branding, and content (excluding content uploaded by users)) belong to the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

You agree to use the Service responsibly and not to:

  • Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
  • We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Donations

  • The Service may allow you to make voluntary donations through PayPal to support its operation.
  • Donations are entirely voluntary and do not entitle you to any goods, services, features, or other benefits in return.
  • Donations are processed by PayPal; we do not receive or store your payment details, and we are not responsible for PayPal’s services or any processing issues. Your use of PayPal is subject to PayPal’s own terms.
  • Donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We may introduce optional paid features in the future; any such features would be offered separately and subject to additional terms presented to you at that time.

6. Availability and Changes to the Service

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and it may be subject to downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimers

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, from user-generated content, or from any unavailability of the Service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or for other legitimate reasons. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
